The starvation diet is becoming increasingly popular because the logic behind weight loss is the less you eat, the faster you'll lose weight. Don't worry about the number of meals. You don't need to eat a lot per meal, just in small quantities as these foods can easily keep you satiated for long. You need to have a balanced diet, you can't rely on a specific food group only.
