skim milk good for weight loss?
All
weight loss experts consistently insist on the importance of eating

allowance of a dieter.

Swapping full fat milk for skim milk can instantly reduce the
number of calories that you are consuming from your dairy food
intake. The simple sugars that skim milk contain can easily be
metabolized by the body, when consumed in moderation. In fact,
one of the best things to do is to keep a watch on the timing
of consumption. A cup of skim milk before you indulge in physical
activities or adding it to your bowl of breakfast cereal in the
morning can allow your body to metabolize it and help you in weight
management. It is as good as Soy milk and can be a good substitute
for fruit drinks and juices which are usually sugar laden.
